The Role

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “manage” social media, but

builds narratives, drives culture, and understands virality at a deep level. You’ll own our social presence end-to-end—from strategy to execution to performance, across

Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

What You'll Do?

Own and execute the

social media strategy

across all platforms Turn podcast episodes, founder insights, and moments into

high-performing content Build a

distinct voice & identity

for Humans Of Hustle Drive

growth, engagement, and retention

through content innovation Work closely with video editors, designers, and founders to ship fast, relevant content Identify trends early and translate them into

on-brand, high-reach formats Analyze performance and continuously optimize for

reach, saves, shares, and watch time Build and nurture a strong

founder-first community

What We Are Looking For?

5+ years of hands-on experience

managing and scaling social media for brands/media platforms Strong instinct for

what works on the internet

(not just what looks good) Proven track record of

growing pages / creating viral content Deep understanding of

Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms Ability to think in

content formats, hooks, and storytelling—not just posts Excellent writing and communication skills Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of

brand and aesthetics Fast, proactive, and comfortable in a

high-ownership environment

Bonus Points

Experience in

podcast/content-led brands Strong understanding of the

Indian startup ecosystem Comfortable being on camera or directing shoots
