Job Description: Sneaker Designer About the Brand We are an upcoming sneaker brand focused on merging contemporary aesthetics with superior craftsmanship. Our mission is to provide a premium, intentional experience for the modern, conscious consumer through footwear that perfectly balances form and function.

The Role We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Sneaker Designer to lead the visual and functional evolution of our debut and future collections. You will be responsible for taking concepts from initial sketches to production-ready tech packs, ensuring every pair meets our high standards of design and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualization: Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, and color palettes that align with our brand's unique aesthetic.

Technical Design: Create detailed 2D sketches and 3D mockups, including comprehensive tech packs (material specs, outsoles, stitching details, and hardware).

Material Sourcing: Research and select high-quality fabrics, leathers, and sustainable materials that elevate the final product.

Prototyping: Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to review samples, troubleshoot construction issues, and refine fits.

Market Research: Stay ahead of global footwear trends, street culture, and technical advancements in sneaker ergonomics.

What We’re Looking For Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing sneaker designs (from initial sketch to finished product).

Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Familiarity with 3D design software (Rhino, Gravity Sketch, or Clo3D) is a significant plus.

Construction Knowledge: A deep understanding of footwear construction, last shapes, and sole molding processes.

Vision: Someone who doesn't just follow trends but is driven to set them.

Experience: 2–5 years in footwear design (though exceptional fresh talent with a strong vision is encouraged to apply).
