Job Overview
We are looking for a
result-driven Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
with a strong
sales background and payment collection experience . The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely fee collection, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the student lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end client relationship management
for enrolled students
Ensure
timely collection of pending payments / fees
from clients
Maintain accurate records of
client interactions and payment status in CRM systems
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth client handling
Resolve client queries and provide proper guidance related to courses/services
Achieve
monthly collection targets
and contribute to revenue goals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience
in Sales / CRM / Collections / Customer Handling
Experienced in Upselling and Cross Selling
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience working on
CRM tools
(Lead management / payment tracking systems)
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Basic understanding of the
education / EdTech industry
is preferred
Graduate in any discipline
