Job Description: We are looking for a

Relationship Officer – Loans

to manage customer relationships, generate new business, and coordinate loan processing with banks and NBFCs. The role involves lead generation, customer handling, documentation, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Acquire new customers for loan products Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for login, approval, and disbursement Collect, verify, and submit customer documents Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth loan processing Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets Maintain MIS and customer records as per company policy

Eligibility Criteria: 1–4 years of experience in loan sales or relationship management Knowledge of loan products and basic banking processes Good communication and interpersonal skills Target-oriented and customer-focused approach Graduation preferred (any stream)
