Role Overview

We are looking for a

Marketing Head

who will drive the lead generation and brand development for Network FP. This role will be responsible for building and executing marketing strategies that attract financial advisors to the platform and convert them into engaged members and certification candidates. The Marketing Head will work closely with the

Founder and leadership team

, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to drive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage a highly efficient and results driven marketing team - Plan and execute marketing and lead generation campaigns - Manage digital marketing channels - Strengthen the brand visibility and thought leadership - Work with content and creative teams to produce high-quality content - Manage marketing funnels including lead generation, nurturing and conversion - Coordinate with external agencies for performance marketing, SEO and PR - Support marketing for key programs and events - Build and manage a highly efficient and results driven marketing team

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured through: - Growth in Users on the Network FP platform - Increase in Membership enrolments - Increase in Certification applications - Growth in website traffic and brand reach - Performance of marketing campaigns

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who: - Has 5+ years of marketing experience - Has experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or lead generation - Understands marketing funnels and campaign performance tracking - Can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution - Has experience in education, fintech, communities
