Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and senior-level accounting professional with 15+ years of experience in hotel finance and accounting. The ideal candidate must have independently handled hotel revenues ranging between ₹50 Crore to ₹100 Crore annually and possess strong expertise in IDS hotel accounting software. This is a leadership role where the candidate will be solely responsible for managing the entire hotel accounts function and will directly report to management.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage complete hotel accounting operations independently Handle financial management for properties with annual revenues of ₹50–100 Crore Prepare and present monthly MIS, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports Ensure accurate revenue accounting, reconciliations, and financial controls Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Monitor cost control and profitability analysis Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and other regulatory requirements Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions Implement and maintain internal financial controls and SOPs Work extensively on IDS software for accounting and reporting

Required Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 15+ years of accounting experience,

preferably in the hotel industry. Proven experience handling hotel revenues between ₹50 Crore to ₹100 Crore S trong working knowledge of IDS hotel software (mandatory) Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance / B.Com with strong hotel accounting background Experience in independently managing finance department operations Strong leadership and decision-making skills High level of integrity and ability to report directly to senior management
