SMT Sales & Service Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a SMT Sales & Service Engineer, located at Bengaluru. The role involves fishing leads, understand customer application, offer most appropriate solution, configuration, follow up and mature the business. Close coordination with customer, OEM to offer technical support to maintain and repair machinery. The engineer will also coordinate with teams to ensure optimal system performance and deliver exceptional service to clients. Regular travel to client sites and delivering technical solutions will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and Field Service, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively. Proficiency in Technical Support, Maintenance, and Repair of SMT machinery and related systems. Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Ability to work independently in an on-site setting and manage multiple service requests efficiently. Relevant educational background in engineering, electronics, or a related technical discipline is preferred. Experience in similar roles involving SMT or industrial machinery is an advantage.
