Responsibility

- - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 8–12 product engineers. - - Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning. - - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture. - - Product Delivery life cycle Management, Release Train Engineering (RTE) and Implementation - - Own end-to-end delivery of product lifecycle, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment. - - Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, vendors and QA to define scope and priorities. - - participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and product release cycles.

- Technical Oversight -

- - Guide product decisions and maintain scalable product versions. - - Review code and provide constructive feedback. - - Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices. - - Align product engineering goals with business objectives. - - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

1. - Contribute to hiring strategy and participate in technical interviews.
