Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Key Responsibilities

* Implementation & Customization * Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, etc.). * Develop plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, Power Platform, and Azure services. * Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Dynamics 365 applications. * Manage system upgrades, patches, and migrations. * Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs, SSIS, KingswaySoft, or Azure Logic Apps. * Handle data migration, cleansing, and ETL processes. * Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. * Document technical designs, configurations, and best practices. * Stay updated with Microsoft releases, new features, and industry best practices. * Recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience. Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 (D365 CE/FO/BC) technical consulting. * Proficiency in: * C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). * Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions). * Experience with data migration tools (SSIS, KingswaySoft, Data Export Service). * Strong understanding of system architecture, security roles, and performance tuning. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
