Project Manager-RPA/AI-Gen AI

Brief Job Description: We are looking for a Techno‑Functional Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience in digital delivery and automation, who can successfully lead complex, large‑scale transformation programs across RPA, AI, Gen‑AI, and Agentic AI initiatives. The role requires a strong blend of business process understanding, technical acumen, and delivery leadership, with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable, intelligent automation solutions while ensuring on‑time, high‑quality execution.The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, owning end‑to‑end delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and value realization for automation‑led digital transformation programs.

Must-have Qualifications: Engineering Degree with minimum 10-15 years of overall experience with minimum 7 years’ experience in delivering RPA, AI/GenAI projects execution. Proven experience in leading, planning RPA and AI solution deployment projects and managing cross- functional teams. Working knowledge of project management practices and tools such as planner board/ Jira/ MS Project Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks related to scope, infrastructure, dependencies etc.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities – RPA, AI, GenAI & Agentic AI Programs Lead endtoend project engagements across the full lifecycle—from problem definition and solution design through planning, deployment, and production stabilization—delivering highquality, valuedriven RPA, AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions for clients. Conduct business and technical discovery workshops to understand business objectives, ASIS processes, operational challenges, and automation opportunities; define functional and nonfunctional requirements for RPA, AI, and GenAI solutions; and ensure clarity through documentation and stakeholder validation. Ensure stakeholder alignment and formal signoffs, with change management, adoption readiness, and governance embedded into RPA and AI transformation initiatives. Lead and mentor teams of consultants, architects, and automation specialists to analyze requirements, design solution alternatives, and conceptualize AI and RPAenabled TOBE processes, including intelligent automation and Agentic AIdriven workflows. Review, challenge, and refine solution options (RPA, AI, GenAI, Agentic AI) developed by the team, ensuring architectural soundness, scalability, responsible AI practices, and clear business value to secure customer buyin. Present recommended automation and AI solutions to internal leadership and client stakeholders, articulating value proposition, assumptions, risks, and implementation approach, and obtain formal approvals. Drive estimation and planning activities for projects, pilots, and PoCs by aligning scope, cost, quality, and performance goals; review estimates and communicate budget, resourcing, and timeline requirements to all stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource loading, infrastructure and platform requirements (RPA tools, AI platforms, cloud, data, security), and coordinate with internal and client teams to baseline delivery plans. Create and maintain a comprehensive risk management plan, identifying delivery, technology, data, compliance, security, and AIspecific risks, along with mitigation strategies, to minimize project impact. Track and govern all project phases—requirements, solution design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support—monitoring scope, quality, financials, risks, and SLAs; take corrective actions and communicate status per the agreed governance cadence. Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the client, providing regular status reports, value realization updates, expectation management, and executive communication to drive customer satisfaction. Oversee production support and operational governance for RPA and AI solutions, ensuring SLA adherence,issue resolution, continuous improvement, and platform stability. Mentor and develop team members, enhancing skills across RPA, AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI delivery; foster collaboration, motivation, and highperformance culture through recognition and teambuilding initiatives. Participate in recruitment and talent development activities, ensuring compliance with organizational HR processes and building strong automation and AI delivery teams.
