Position: HR Intern

Department: Human Resources

Duration: 2 months

Standard Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Role Summary:

The HR Intern will support key HR operations and employee engagement initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to core HR processes in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute employee engagement activities - Drive HR surveys (engagement, feedback, pulse surveys), including rollout, follow-ups, and data collation - Own and maintain the HR calendar and internal communication plans - Manage onboarding and exit processes, including documentation, coordination, and HRMS updates - Maintain accurate employee records on HRMS (Keka or similar) - Track attendance, leave, and regularizations, and proactively flag discrepancies - Support L&D initiatives and HRBP-related activities - Provide support across HR functions as required

Eligibility:

- Bachelor’s / MBA / PGDM (HR) student or recent graduate - Strong interest in Corporate HR - Good communication and coordination skills - High ownership and execution mindset
