Back End Developer

Maverick LED is looking for a highly experienced Senior Backend Developer (8–10 years experience) to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems that power our technology-driven operations.

If you have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Laravel (PHP), Node.js, and real-time systems using WebSockets, we want to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable backend architectures • Build RESTful APIs and real-time services • Develop real-time communication systems using WebSockets • Optimize performance, concurrency, and database efficiency • Design and maintain secure database systems • Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices • Integrate with frontend, mobile apps, and third-party services • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers • Support DevOps with deployments, CI/CD, and monitoring • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Required Technical Skills ✔ 8–10 years backend development experience ✔ Strong hands-on experience with Java & Spring Boot ✔ Experience with Laravel (PHP) and Node.js ✔ WebSockets & real-time systems (Socket.IO, STOMP, native WebSockets) ✔ Microservices & REST API architecture ✔ MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB ✔ JWT, OAuth, RBAC security ✔ Git, Linux environments ✔ Docker & CI/CD experience ✔ Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis (preferred) ✔ Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – plus)
