ROLE OVERVIEW The role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on data crunching, structured research, and the ability to translate insights into

actionable business cases and scalable service offerings. This position will work closely with top management and coordinate with

strategy, operations, technology, and client-facing teams

to identify new opportunities, extend existing service scope, and support product and process innovation.

KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Research & Advanced Analytics - Perform deep analytical research using structured and unstructured datasets across operations, finance, and customers domains. - Conduct data crunching, trend analysis, benchmarking, forecasting, and feasibility studies to support strategic initiatives. - Apply appropriate quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to complex business problems.

AI, Automation & Digital Enablement - Identify opportunities to deploy AI-driven analytics, automation, and decision-support tools across clients service lines. - Design, develop, or support automation workflows to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and turn around time. - Build and validate AI-assisted models, rule engines, scripts, or prototypes for: a) Process optimisation b) Predictive analysis c) Data validation and exception handling - Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate AI and automation solutions into existing systems and workflows. - Evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and technologies relevant to aviation KPO services and recommend adoption strategies. Innovation & Opportunity Identification - Explore new possibilities to enhance existing services and develop new service offerings. - Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and scalability. - Develop and test models, frameworks, prototypes, or proof-of-concept solutions for innovative use cases.

Business Case & Research Output Development - Build data-backed business cases for AI-enabled and analytics-driven services/products for: a) Existing airline clients b) Prospective new clients - Prepare research reports, white papers, dashboards, and management presentations demonstrating value creation, ROI, and scalability. Project & Stakeholder Management - Support or manage research, analytics, and automation-driven projects from concept to deployment. - Work cross-functionally with operations, quality, IT, finance, and compliance teams to ensure successful implementation.

DESIRED SKILL SET Technical & Analytical Skills - Programming knowledge (any or multiple): Python, Dart, Java, VB / VBA - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights Business & Communication Skills - Structured thinking with the ability to convert analysis into business recommendations - Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills - Curiosity-driven mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS MBA / CA / MTech / MCA Freshers are welcome, provided they demonstrate strong analytical capability, learning agility, and interest in data-driven research and aviation analytics.
