Full-time About the Role We are looking for a

hard‑core Recruiter

with strong experience in end‑to‑end hiring across multiple industries, including

IT services, product companies, startups, consulting firms . The role requires excellent client management, communication skills, and the ability to deliver quality talent in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for IT and non‑IT positions. Work on hiring for

IT services, product-based companies, startups, and consulting clients . Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels. Build and maintain strong

client relationships

and provide timely updates. Manage candidate communication, interviews, salary negotiation, and offer closures. Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and databases. Collaborate with internal teams and support hiring strategies. Required Skills 2–5 years

of strong recruitment experience. Experience across

multiple industries , especially IT, product-based, startup, and consulting environments. Strong

client and stakeholder management

experience. Knowledge of clients previously handled is preferred. Excellent

communication and interpersonal

skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Team management experience is an added advantage. Preferred Attributes Proactive, target-driven, and passionate about hiring. Work on

RPO hiring

models. Strong understanding of hiring trends and talent markets. Ability to work independently and as a team player.
