Job Description :

● Monitor and manage online conversations, reviews, comments, and messages in

Arabic

across digital and social media platforms. ● Translate and localize responses between

Arabic and English

while maintaining brand tone and cultural sensitivity. ● Escalate critical or sensitive issues to the relevant internal teams as per defined ORM guidelines. ● Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues and improve response quality. ● Respond to customer queries, feedback, and complaints in French in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

Candidate Profile:

● Native or near-native proficiency in

Arabic

with strong written and verbal communication skills. ● Good command of

English

for internal communication and reporting. ● Basic understanding of social media platforms and online customer engagement. ● Must be proficient in different Arabic dialects:

Standard Arabic, Egyptian Arabic, Levantine Arabic, Gulf Arabic, Maghrebi Arabic

etc.
