Sales Coordinator – Travel & Tourism

Job Overview We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team in end-to-end travel operations. The role involves client handling, itinerary creation, costing, bookings, and coordination with suppliers and overseas operations teams. The position requires strong destination knowledge, accuracy in execution, and a high level of responsibility in handling client journeys from inquiry to departure.

Location Requirement This position is strictly based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Outstation candidates will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities - Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmations in a professional manner - Prepare customized travel itineraries aligned with client requirements and budgets - Create accurate costings, budgets, and quotations - Process and confirm bookings for hotels, cruises, transport, and tickets - Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, internal teams, and overseas operations teams - Monitor client travel from arrival to departure and ensure seamless service delivery - Maintain complete and accurate booking records and update CRM systems

Experience Level - 1–4 years experience in travel sales coordination, tour operations, or travel consulting - Strong fresh graduates with relevant exposure and destination knowledge may be considered

Salary Range - ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience, capability, and performance - Clear growth path based on performance and responsibility

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required - Sound knowledge of destinations, itinerary planning, and travel costing - Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously - Proficiency in email communication and basic CRM systems
