Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketer specializing in Meta Ads. The candidate will be responsible for strategizing, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms to drive business results for clients. Daily responsibilities include campaign setup, budget management, A/B testing, analyzing performance metrics, and crafting data-driven reports with actionable insights. The role also entails maintaining in-depth knowledge of industry trends and ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Qualifications Proven experience in Meta Ads management, including campaign strategy, optimization, and reporting Strong knowledge of paid media platforms and analytics tools such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics Understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and A/B testing methodologies Proficiency in data interpretation to assess campaign performance and ROI Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal team members Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of SEO and complementary digital marketing practices is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
