Job Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. The role involves partnering with leadership to drive talent strategy, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.

The HRBP serves as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring business objectives are achieved through effective people strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and translate them into people strategies. - Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design. - Drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. - Support hiring strategy and succession planning. - Identify skill gaps and recommend development initiatives. - Partner with Talent Acquisition for critical hiring. - Drive performance review cycles and goal setting. - Coach managers on performance improvement plans. - Ensure fairness and consistency in performance evaluation. - Address employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism. - Drive engagement initiatives and improve employee experience. - Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies. - Maintain HR metrics and provide insights through data analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). - 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years in an HRBP role. - Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational development. - Experience partnering with mid to senior leadership.
