Job Summary We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager / Program Manager from an Automotive/EV OEM

to manage overall

EV two-wheeler development projects . The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing projects from

concept to prototype and production readiness , ensuring smooth collaboration across all departments and timely achievement of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities • Manage complete

vehicle development projects

and overall program timelines • Coordinate with

R&D, Design, Hardware, Software, Vehicle Engineering, Purchase, and Testing teams • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions • Ensure smooth

cross-functional communication

between departments • Conduct

regular project review meetings

and report progress to management • Coordinate with

vendors and suppliers

for development activities • Ensure project milestones are achieved with

quality and performance standards

Requirements • Bachelor’s/master’s in electrical , Electronics, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering •

7–10 years of experience in Automotive/EV industry (OEM preferred) • Experience in

vehicle or product development projects • Strong understanding of

vehicle systems and development lifecycle • Good

project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
