Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist/Engineer to

ensure the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. The

ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a

strong understanding of software development processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

➢ Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for software

applications, ensuring thorough coverage of all functionalities.

➢ Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects, regressions, and

performance issues.

➢ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, managers, and

support engineers to identify and resolve quality issues.

➢ Investigate and analyse root causes of defects, providing detailed reports and

recommendations for improvement.

➢ Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance

efficiency and effectiveness.

➢ Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in

software quality assurance.

➢ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and

retrospectives.

Requirements:

➢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

➢ Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and

automated testing techniques.

➢ Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g.,

Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, JIRA, etc.).

➢ Experience with test automation and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or

JavaScript.

➢ Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile

teams.

➢ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot

complex issues and communicate findings effectively.

➢ Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

with tight deadlines.

➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate

effectively with cross-functional teams.

➢ Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
