Role Overview
The
Director – Executive Education
leads the strategy, growth, and delivery of the organization’s global executive learning portfolio.
This leadership role blends
strategic vision, business acumen, and academic collaboration
to design and scale programs that empower professionals and enterprises worldwide. The role carries end-to-end responsibility for
P&L management, global partnerships, and program innovation , ensuring exceptional participant experience and measurable impact across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the
strategic roadmap
for the Executive Education vertical.
Build and nurture
global partnerships
with universities, corporations, and professional networks.
Design and oversee
executive and leadership programs —open, customized, hybrid, and online.
Ensure
delivery excellence , participant satisfaction, and impact measurement.
Lead
enterprise learning engagements
with CHROs and L&D heads to co-create bespoke programs.
Manage
P&L to
drive revenue growth, operational efficiency and global scalability.
Inspire and develop a
high-performing, cross-functional team
delivering academic and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree / MBA
from a reputed institution (IIM/ISB/global equivalent preferred).
12–20 years
in Executive Education, Higher Education Management, or Corporate Learning & Development.
Proven record of
business growth, global partnerships, and program delivery .
Exposure to
international collaborations, accreditation, or credentialing frameworks
preferred.
