in Vijayawada is seeking a dedicated and experienced PYP Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for leading and managing the Primary Years Program (PYP).

Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation of the PYP curriculum, ensuring alignment with International Baccalaureate (IB) standards. Collaborate with teachers to develop and enhance the PYP framework within the school. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for teachers to ensure the high-quality delivery of the PYP curriculum. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the PYP program, making necessary adjustments to improve student learning outcomes. Coordinate with the school leadership team to develop strategic plans and goals for the PYP program. Serve as a liaison between the school, parents, and the broader community regarding the PYP. Ensure compliance with all IB requirements and participate in IB evaluation processes.

Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a PYP Coordinator or similar educational leadership role. Strong understanding and experience with the IB PYP framework. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and parents.
