Hiring: OneStream Technical Lead | Bangalore

We are looking for a

OneStream Technical Lead

to drive the design, development, and support of enterprise-grade OneStream XF solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on technical expertise and experience leading financial consolidation, planning, and reporting implementations. Location:

Bangalore Experience:

8-12 years (minimum 3+ years hands-on with OneStream) Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of OneStream applications for

financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting Develop and maintain

OneStream business rules, dashboards, cube views, and workflow automation Implement and configure

OneStream XF Marketplace solutions Design and optimize

data integrations

with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and data warehouses Manage

connectors, data sources, and transformation rules Ensure strong

data validation, reconciliation, and audit controls Troubleshoot technical and functional issues; resolve performance bottlenecks Mentor junior developers and functional consultants Collaborate with project managers to ensure

on-time, high-quality delivery Maintain technical documentation, best practices, and SOPs Preferred Qualifications OneStream Certification (

OCP / OCA

) – good to have Prior experience with

Hyperion (HFM, Planning, Essbase)

or

SAP BPC Exposure to

cloud-based OneStream implementations Required Skills Strong technical and analytical skills in OneStream XF Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead a technical team in an
