We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Projects team across our décor and lighting brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a design-centric environment and can seamlessly manage multiple sites with precision and clarity. Who You Are Experienced in end-to-end project coordination across multiple sites Strong in site supervision, planning, and execution Adept at managing vendors, contractors, timelines & resources A calm, solutions-first professional with a proactive approach Educational qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Civil or Electrical Engineering Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills Highly organised, detail-oriented, and efficient Strong commitment to quality, safety compliance, and on-time delivery What You’ll Do Oversee on-site work across ongoing projects Ensure design, quality, and installation standards are met Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients Maintain clear documentation and daily site updates Manage timelines, resources, and site readiness Troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless project execution Apply If you’re passionate about creating beautifully executed spaces and enjoy being at the intersection of design, craftsmanship & on-ground execution, we’d love to meet you.
