Role Summary:

The Manager – Finance / Sr. Officer ensure accurate financial reporting as per Ind AS, will involve in scrutiny of Trial Balance and co-ordinate for corrective actions with team and responsible for statutory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements as per Ind AS - Oversee accounting processes, reconciliations, provisioning, and period closures - Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory laws - Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and financial institutions - Visit and liaise with government departments for assessments, notices, and approvals - Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and reporting systems - Lead and guide finance and accounts team for IND-AS accounting

Qualifications & Experience:

- M. Com / MBA with experience in IND-AS - 7-10 years of relevant experience - Experience in engineering / infrastructure / consultancy sector preferred
