Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Pune. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily customer interactions, address inquiries, and resolve customer issues with efficiency and professionalism. Qualifications

- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support practices - Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience - Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy - Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using customer management software is a plus - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field - Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
