Creative Designer / Content Creator
Location : Remote (US Shift, EST timezone)

Role Summary:
The Creative Designer will take ownership of producing high-quality visual assets, marketing creatives, social media content, platform graphics, and brand communication. This role requires a hybrid creative professional who is not only skilled in graphic design but also proficient in video editing, motion graphics, and short-form content creation. You will work closely with marketing, and growth teams to ensure the brand's visual identity is consistent, modern, and effective across all touchpoints. |
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, ads, blogs, and landing pages.
2. Maintain consistency in brand voice, color styling, typography, and overall design language.
3. Execute design projects end-to-end - from brief → concept → design → revisions → delivery.
4. Edit high-quality videos / reels for marketing campaigns, social media and brand storytelling.
5. Add motion graphics, transitions, text animation, and effects to enhance video impact.
6. Handle basic sound design, background music selection, and color correction.
7. Work with stock image / footage, raw footage, screen recordings, and user-generated clips to produce polished output.
8. Help evolve the brand identity system.
9. Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualise creative ideas for campaigns and announcements. 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing goals into visual concepts.
11. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
12. Knowledge of Canva for quick turnarounds.
13. Understanding of formats, compression, aspect ratios, and export standards for web and social.
Required Skills & Profile :
1. 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation.
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, branding work, and video editing capability.
3. Deep understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, composition, and visual hierarchy.
4. Ability to create both static and motion assets at professional standards.
5. Comfortable working with multiple briefs, fast turnarounds, and tight timelines.
6. Creative thinker with strong aesthetic judgment.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. High attention to detail with an eye for brand consistency.
9. Ability to adapt design style based on audience, platform, or campaign objective.
10. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
