HR Services Coordinator

Alienkind is looking for an HR Operations Associate to support staffing, retention, and people processes for a fast-growing QSR business in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who wants hands-on exposure to real-world people operations, hiring, and workforce management in a multi-store, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end staffing and hiring for QSR operations - Assist in planning for attrition and keeping hiring pipelines active - Work closely with Store Managers and Operations teams on manpower needs - Coordinate with staffing agencies and external hiring partners - Use multiple hiring channels including portals, referrals, walk-ins, and local sourcing - Support onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities - Assist with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and HR records - Help implement HR policies suited for shift-based, multi-store operations - Support employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention - Act as a point of contact for basic people-related queries from store teams - Support performance tracking, discipline processes, and exits - Help build a consistent, positive, and accountable work culture across stores

Who This Role Is Ideal For
