Role Details-

- Position: Assistant Manager – LPM (Legal Operations Management) - Grade: JL4A - Location: Pune - Shift: Flexible for shift hours - Educational Qualification: Graduate (any discipline) or LLB - Mandatory: Strong team management experience - Team Size Exposure: Must have led/managing teams of 20–25 members (overall project exposure up to 50)

Key Responsibilities-

- Proven expertise in Operations Management and/or Project Management - Strong understanding of Contract Management concepts - Excellent communication skills and client management exposure - Experience handling service quality, compliance, audits, SLA tracking, governance, and reporting - Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities - Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, PPT, Outlook, Word)

Role Responsibilities-

- Lead and manage a team of ~20–25 legal/contract management professionals - Oversee day‑to‑day operations ensuring adherence to SOPs - Manage service quality, audits, compliance, and governance - Drive SLA adherence, RCA, and performance improvements - Conduct daily/weekly/monthly reporting - Handle client escalations and feedback management - Ensure Knowledge, Risk, and Information Security compliance - Identify and drive process improvement initiatives - Facilitate training, transitions, and capability‑building - Drive structured performance appraisals and SMART goal tracking - Oversee timely hiring and onboarding aligned to resource plans
