Role Overview
BioFrost is looking for a
hands-on, execution-focused Associate Creative Director
who can conceptualise and create high-impact visual content across social media, performance marketing, marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of
brand storytelling, performance creativity, and platform-first design . You will work closely with the content, performance marketing, and growth teams to translate ideas, insights, and strategies into scroll-stopping creatives that drive both engagement and conversions.
The ideal candidate understands that
design for Instagram is not design for Amazon , and that
performance creatives demand speed, clarity, and iteration .
Key Responsibilities
1. Design strategy
Develop an omni-channel design strategy to promote the brand on different platforms including offline
Develop a consistent design language for the brand
Ensure all designs adhere to the design language
Guide the team on developing content
Maintain consistency with BioFrost’s brand language, color palette, typography, and visual system
Ensure all output meets quality, clarity, and brand standards across platforms
2. Social Media & Content Design
Conceptualise and design creatives for Instagram (posts, carousels, stories, reels thumbnails), YouTube, and other social platforms
Translate content ideas into visually compelling formats aligned with BioFrost’s brand identity
Work closely with the content team to brainstorm, ideate, and visualise content themes and campaigns
Help the team to develop storyboard, script and final video output
2. Performance Marketing Creatives
Create platform-specific creatives for:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Display & YouTube
Amazon Ads
Adapt designs based on performance requirements such as hooks, formats, aspect ratios, and messaging hierarchy
Support rapid creative iteration and testing for performance marketing
3. Marketplace & Quick Commerce Design
Design high-conversion creatives for:
Marketplaces: Amazon, Flipkart
Quick Commerce: Blinkit and similar platforms
Ensure creatives meet platform-specific guidelines (dimensions, safe zones, text limits, visual hierarchy)
Create product-led, benefit-driven visuals optimised for fast decision-making
Must-Have Requirements
5 - 7 years of experience working with
FMCG and/or D2C product brands
Strong understanding of
platform-first creative requirements
(social, ads, marketplaces)
Deep hands-on expertise in
Canva and Adobe Photoshop
Working knowledge of video editing for short-form content
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and improve in a fast-paced environment
Good-to-Have Skills
Entrepreneurial or startup background
Advanced video editing or motion graphics experience
Experience working on integrated campaigns (launches, sales, brand initiatives)
Exposure to performance marketing creatives and A/B testing workflows
Mindset Fit
Execution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working with speed, feedback, and iteration
Curious, proactive, and solution-driven
Understands that design is a business tool, not just an aesthetic exercise
