What we’re looking for:

2–3 years of design experience (or less, if your work speaks louder than your resume)

At least 3–5 solid branding projects under your belt—whether you flew solo or teamed up

Solid portfolio in branding, social media, or digital design

Good taste, attention to detail, and the ability to follow brand systems

Comfort with Adobe Suite (Figma is a bonus.)

Reliable, curious, and collaborative mindset

Must have worked with a branding agency or startup
