We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
IT Recruiter
with 3 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (sourcing to offer rollout).
Understand client/job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong hands-on experience in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search.
Experience working on mid-level to senior IT mandates.
Good understanding of technical skill sets and IT terminologies.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good stakeholder management skills.
