CEO / Founder About the Role Hoora Technologies is looking for a Vice President to act as the core business leader responsible for scaling the company’s entire ecosystem. This role owns end-to-end business performance across B2C Services (Hyperlocal) and D2C / E-commerce verticals, with full accountability for driving profitable growth and achieving ₹50+ Crore in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Key Responsibilities P&L Ownership and Revenue Growth Own the unified P&L across all business verticals with a mandate to scale beyond ₹50+ Crore ARR Define and execute growth strategies for Hyperlocal Services and D2C / E-commerce businesses Oversee the launch, integration, and scaling of new verticals, including Insurance Scalable Systems and Operational Excellence Design and implement scalable systems and processes to support revenue growth, market expansion, and service quality Drive operational efficiency across supply chain, partner networks, and core business functions Allocate resources and manage large budgets to maximize ROI across business units Leadership and Organizational Command Lead and mentor large, cross-functional teams of 200+ employees Act as the strategic bridge between Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations to ensure aligned execution Ideal Candidate Profile 8+ years of progressive experience in business leadership roles Minimum 5 years of direct P&L ownership for a significant business or vertical Proven track record of driving ₹50+ Crore ARR in a previous role Experience leading and scaling teams of 200+ members Strong exposure to both Hyperlocal Services and Product-led D2C / E-commerce models Prior experience in consumer tech or marketplace companies such as Urban Company, Zomato, Swiggy, CarDekho, or similar is highly preferred Strong financial acumen and long-term strategic thinking Why Join Hoora Technologies Opportunity to lead and scale a multi-vertical consumer business High ownership, authority, and direct impact on company growth Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on long-term strategy Fast-growing, execution-driven environment How to Apply Interested candidates can share their profile at mayank@hoora.me
