Visual Merchandiser (Homestore)

Position Expectations: We are looking for a highly imaginative & innovative retail Visual Merchandiser in our Central Team who will work for all Outlets to increase sales/ sq. feet and engagement using VM and to provide an excellent in-store experience.

Work Locations: Outlets Across Mumbai. Head Office: Sewree, Mumbai Primary

Roles & Responsibilities: - Defining, Designing & Implementing a creative Visual Merchandising strategy based in product sales metrics across all stores / outlets. Understanding product adjacency in our product assortment & creative VM strategies leading to higher ABQ Understanding product presentation and creative VM collaterals for each product type for better presentation to customer Creating an appealing / engaging all categories of customers and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store Producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays Requirements: Proven relevant work experience of minimum 4 years as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager in retail- must have worked in high product density retail format. Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization. Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices Creative and innovative thinker. Team Player, Good Interpersonal skills & Stakeholder Coordination. Ability to analyze impact & sales merchandising reports and survey results.
