Social Media Manager

Avias India is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, platform growth, audience engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all social platforms.

Key Responsibilities: • Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and product launches • Create engaging reels, posts, stories, and captions • Monitor trends and implement creative strategies to improve reach and engagement • Manage community interactions including comments and direct messages • Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on insights • Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams • Maintain brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing • Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content performance • Excellent communication and content writing skills • Basic knowledge of Canva or video editing tools • Creative mindset with attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred)
