Key Responsibilities Upwork Management Create and manage company profiles on

and other freelancing platforms. Search for relevant projects and submit high-quality proposals daily. Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups. Track proposal success rate and optimize bidding strategies. Business Development Identify new business opportunities through online platforms and networking. Generate leads and convert them into clients. Work closely with internal teams to understand services and pitch them effectively. Negotiate pricing and close deals with clients. Maintain a database of leads, proposals, and ongoing projects. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in

Upwork bidding / freelancing platforms / business development . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in

proposal writing and client handling . Knowledge of

lead generation, sales pipeline, and client acquisition . Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets. Preferred Skills Experience in
