Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Global Benefits Consultant Experience: 8+ Years Employment Type: Contract Contract Duration: Short Term

Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Global Benefits Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, optimization, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Global Benefits solutions. The role involves delivering scalable, compliant, and high-impact global benefits solutions across multi-country environments, aligned with the organizationโ€™s global HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits implementations, including solution design, configuration, customization, deployment, and post-go-live support Design and configure global benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and life event processing Partner with HR and Benefits leadership to align system solutions with global HR strategy and governance models Conduct requirements-gathering sessions and solution-design workshops with business stakeholders Advise on global and regional benefits compliance, governance frameworks, and regulatory best practices Ensure seamless integration with Employee Central Core HR, Payroll systems, and third-party benefits providers Own solution integrity across benefits processes, data models, reporting, and analytics Drive multi-country benefits implementations, ensuring adherence to local regulations and organizational objectives Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and scalable benefits solutions Establish governance standards for benefits processes, system design, and ongoing enhancements Support change management initiatives and user adoption for new benefits technologies Introduce SAP SuccessFactors innovations to enhance employee experience and benefits administration Improve benefits analytics, dashboards, and compliance reporting Lead design-thinking sessions to deliver intuitive employee benefits enrollment and management experiences

Requirements

Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field 6โ€“8+ years of experience in HR technology consulting 3โ€“5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits Proven track record of leading end-to-end benefits technology implementations Experience managing global, multi-country benefits programs Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex global environments SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (mandatory) SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits certification (mandatory) Experience integrating with payroll systems, benefits carriers, and compliance platforms Familiarity with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central
