About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Site Merchandiser (ASM) to support business growth through data-driven insights and strong program execution. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of data analysis, strong Excel capabilities, and prior program management experience. Experience working at Amazon will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps - Create and maintain reports and dashboards using advanced Excel - Support program planning, execution, and tracking of key initiatives - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of programs - Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations - Drive operational efficiency through structured processes and reporting

Key Qualifications:

- Basic to strong knowledge of data analysis - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, reporting) - Experience in program management or project coordination - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualification:

- Prior experience working at Amazon - Exposure to e-commerce or online marketplace operations
