· Collaborate with Learning Global Process owner and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for the Workday learning application.
· Translate business needs and functional requirements into technical specifications and solution designs for learning technologies.
· Analyze existing learning technology infrastructure and recommend improvements, upgrades, or new solutions to enhance functionality, user experience, and performance.
· Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Learning, and integration of Workday Learning to such systems as GXP Learning Management Systems (Veeva LMS), content authoring tools, and other related systems.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
· Conduct testing of new features, updates, and integrations to ensure they meet requirements and function correctly.
· Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the learning technology space and evaluate their potential value to the organization.
· Assist in the management of learning technology projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
· Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and security regulations related to learning data.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Measure the effectiveness of acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
· Testing and Quality Assurance: Track the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
· Documentation: Measure the completeness and accuracy of documentation for solution designs, implementation plans, and testing results.
· Training and Support: Evaluate the effectiveness of training and support provided to end-users.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
