Our client is looking for "Patent Secretary"
Experience- 1-8yrs
Location-PAN INDIA
CTC- 5-10lakhs per annum
Key skill-Paralegal experience
LLB Graduates can apply provided they have not registered with Bar council.
Skills required
Experience in filing of patents and any other Forms related to patent life cycle in India, USPTO and PCT International.
ร Patent Prosecution experience w.r.t filing of FER responses and fulfilling any other requirement for any office action in India.
ร Illustration, Filing and Drafting of Patent Assignments.
ร Active interaction with Indian patent office for any patent related matters.
ร Patent grants, renewals and maintenance in Indian, US.

Position: Secretary in Patent Department.
โExposure and experience in the e-filing module of the Indian Patent office
Desired Skills and Experience: -
1.Experience of around 1-7 years
2.Experience in an IPR law firm or in the IPR department of other organizations. Filing of applications, formality documents, responses, post-grant documents etc.
3.Education: Qualification: Graduation
4.Good academic record and analytical skills
5.Confident; sound communication skills; ability to coordinate with clients and professional personnel within the firm; good relationship skills
6.Remuneration: as per industry standards
