Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic

Recruiter

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across

technology and executive mandates , partnering closely with clients to deliver high-quality hires in record time.

Key Responsibilities Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for mid to senior-level technical and leadership positions. Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, organizational culture, and position requirements. Leverage

AI-driven sourcing tools , professional networks, and targeted research to identify exceptional candidates. Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluate fitment, and present qualified profiles to clients. Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage. Maintain accurate data and insights on recruitment metrics and pipelines. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster long-term engagement.

Requirements 1–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in

technology hiring and/or executive search Strong understanding of

technology roles

(Software Engineering, Data Science, Product, etc.) and

leadership hiring Proven ability to deliver in a

fast-paced, target-driven environment Hands-on experience with

ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools Excellent

communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

skills A balanced approach combining

analytical thinking with strong people intuition

(leveraging AI insights along with human judgment)

Compensation Range 1–3 years of relevant experience:

₹3–6 LPA 3+ years of relevant experience:

₹6–10 LPA

Must-Have Comfortable working

on-site from Powai(in Mumbai) - 4 days in office, 1 day WFH, fixed weekends off
