Salesforce Developer Consultant | Platform Architecture & CPQ/Billing Expert

We're seeking a talented Salesforce Developer Consultant to join our growing team and help us build innovative, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing customized Salesforce applications that drive real business value. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions. What You'll Do Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce Build and enhance integrations between Salesforce and external systems to create seamless data flows Support and optimize Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementations, working with complex data models including Quotes, Invoices, Products, and Usage records Participate in the full development lifecycle within Agile/sprint-based teams Conduct code reviews, write comprehensive unit tests, and champion quality and maintainability standards Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the Salesforce ecosystem Manage sandbox environments, version control (Git), and CI/CD deployment pipelines Create clear technical documentation and build reusable code components Troubleshoot production issues with systematic root cause analysis Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging platform capabilities

What We're Looking For Required: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC) Proven experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs Solid understanding of CRM concepts and Salesforce platform capabilities Experience working in Agile environments with sprint-based delivery Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing data models Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills Passion for learning and continuous improvement

Preferred: Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, or Application Architect Experience with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD tools Deep knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and platform architecture best practices
