JD : Transition Manager (SDM) Experience: 9 – 12 Years · Set project timeline · Must have Strong Experience in "Program management" or "Project Management" · Must have Experience in managing transition/ Projects in Banking processes · Monitor project deliverables · Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress · Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Education Guidelines (Typical): · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience · Strong business acumen in project planning and management · Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Purpose of the Role: Sr. Transition Manager (SDM) leads medium-touch transitions independently while supporting the RFP creation, ensuring the adherence to the plan and post contractual due diligence for a set of applications in a large account or a smaller single account with the objective of managing new Service transitions to company from clients or existing vendors by adhering to the transition process and framework laid out.
