Ideal Outcomes & Specific Success Criteria The successful Technical Head will be evaluated entirely on the realization of the following objective outcomes, moving the organization from reactive maintenance to predictive excellence: Codification

Complete extraction and codification of the Managing Director’s technical knowledge into documented, repeatable maintenance and diagnostic protocols for all Sisma machinery (Love/s, BK-EL, SGW-TD, SBS, Spiga FV). Reliability Engineering & Uptime

Successful design and implementation of a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) framework, resulting in a quantifiable elimination of unexpected machine downtimes. Team Assembly & Autonomous Leadership

Successful recruitment, training, and certification of a subordinate technical team capable of executing autonomous Level 1 and Level 2 preventive maintenance without senior intervention, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Predictive Analytics Deployment

Integration of condition-based monitoring systems—such as real-time differential pressure monitoring for 5/6 bar pneumatic networks and vibration analysis for high-speed actuators—to predict and preempt mechanical failures. Precision Quality Assurance

Alignment and calibration of machine tolerances (handling wire dimensions from 0.13 mm to 1.80 mm) to ensure zero-defect production output at sustained high speeds of up to 600 welds per minute.
