Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Vijayawada. The US IT Recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, manage technical hiring processes, source and pre-screen candidates, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet staffing needs. The role also involves building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for all parties.

Qualifications Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and US IT Recruitment processes Experience with Technical Recruiting and understanding of technology roles Strong knowledge and experience in US IT Recruiting and Hiring practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse candidates Ability to work under pressure to meet hiring deadlines and targets Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Must work in nigh shifts - 7.00 PM IST to 4.00 AM IST, Mon-Fri. Salary : Par with Market and best Incentive structure Exp: 2 to 10 Years experience in US IT Recruitment
