Human Resources Generalist

Position : HR Operations Location : Mumbai, require Mumbai candidates only. Company Name : Smart Moves Talent Crafters Days of working : Monday to Friday wih Alternate Saturday's off. Work mode: Hybrid Timings : 10am to 7pm Immediate joiner needed Salary range upto 35k max. Must have an own laptop.

Key Responsibilities HRIS & Data Management:

Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of employee records and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Process payroll, manage employee benefits, and oversee leave tracking. Onboarding & Offboarding:

Coordinate the end-to-end process for hiring new employees and managing resignations/terminations, including exit interviews. Compliance & Policy Implementation:

Monitor legal compliance, handle employment contracts, and implement company policies. Employee Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes. Process Optimization:

Streamline HR workflows, generate HR reports, and analyze data to improve operational efficiency.
