Role Summary: Aliant Resources is seeking a high-agility HR Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience to lead our HR operations across India and Canada. Unlike a traditional HR role, this position is deeply integrated into our growth strategy. You will be a key contributor to our RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, leveraging your HR and technology expertise to win client contracts while managing high-level account relationships and cross-border recruitment.

Responsibilities: Drafting complex RFP responses regarding staffing models, technology, compliance, and talent acquisition strategies. Exceptional persuasive writing skills for RFPs and clear verbal communication for global stakeholder management. Act as an HR Subject Matter Expert (SME) during client meetings, ensuring our HR and technology delivery models align with client expectations and contractual obligations. Understanding of HR and technology lifecycles in India and Canada, ensuring strict adherence to regional labour laws. Ability to grasp complex technical requirements quickly and pivot between tasks in a fast-paced environment. Understand clientโ€™s talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build diverse candidate pipelines. Conduct job analysis and develop accurate and compelling job descriptions that attract diverse and qualified candidates. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and community organizations, to identify and engage with a diverse talent pool. Employ innovative and inclusive recruitment techniques to attract candidates from underrepresented groups, including but not limited to women, ethnic minorities, persons with disabilities, and 2SLGBTQ+ individuals. Review and screen applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a fair and inclusive process for all candidates. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement training programs for hiring managers on DEIB-A2 (diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, anti-racism, and accessibility) principles, unconscious bias, and inclusive recruitment techniques. Provide \"as-needed\" support to sister entities, adapting quickly to different organizational structures and business needs. Rapidly identify and fix operational bottlenecks to maintain business agility. Excellent sourcing skills and experience using a variety of recruitment tools and platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications & Requirements: Masters degree in HR, Business, or a related field (CHRP/SHRM preferred). Minimum 8 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a strong focus on the Canadian market & knowledge about Canadian employment practices. Strong background in Client Account Management; you should be as comfortable talking to a Client Director as you are to a candidate. Working knowledge with job portals like Canada Job Bank, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS). Demonstrated understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and experience working with public & private sectors. Strong negotiation abilities, high degree of attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both internal collaboration and client interaction. A creative thinker and self-starter with a winning attitude. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability. Ability to work well within a team environment.
