Job Title: Workday Financials SME / Administrator – Quote to Cash & Integrations Location: India (Remote) Engagement: Contract/Part time Experience: 5+ Years Start Date: Immediate / Urgent

Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking a Workday Financials SME / Administrator with strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting or implementing Workday Financials modules, with a solid understanding of revenue recognition, billing, reporting, and integration frameworks. This role requires the ability to independently manage configurations, support financial close activities, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes within Workday Financials. · Configure and support Customer Accounts, Contracts, Contract Amendments, Invoicing, Billing Schedules, Revenue Schedules, Payments, and Accounts Receivable. · Support month-end and period-end close activities, including revenue, deferred revenue, and AR reconciliations. · Design, build, and support inbound and outbound integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workato, and Workday Studio (good to have). · Develop and maintain Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and BIRT reports with complex calculated fields. · Participate in full lifecycle project activities including design, configuration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), data conversion, and cutover. · Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials implementation or support experience. · Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Revenue Recognition. · Proven experience with Workday integrations and reporting. · Strong understanding of Workday financial close processes. · Ability to work independently with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications · Workday Financials Certification. · Experience with Workday Studio and global or multi-entity implementations.
