Key Responsibilities Assist in

end-to-end recruitment

including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders Maintain and update

recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and MIS reports Ensure smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and internal HR teams Support hiring for roles across

Media, Technology, Design, Growth, SEO, Martech, Creative, and Business Development

functions Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and recruitment best practices

Eligibility & Requirements Graduates or final-year students pursuing

HR, Management, Psychology , or related fields Strong verbal and written

communication skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is preferred Prior internship or exposure to HR or recruitment is an

added advantage
