Role Overview: As a Custom Software Engineer – Salesforce, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring applications tailored to business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, implement best practices, and contribute to building optimized, scalable, and user-friendly solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Roles & Responsibilities: Design and develop applications using

Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Develop and maintain

Apex classes, triggers, and integrations

using Salesforce APIs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Implement best coding practices to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently. Actively contribute to team discussions and solution design.

✅ Must-Have Skills: Strong proficiency in

Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Hands-on experience with

Apex programming

and

Salesforce APIs . Solid understanding of

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . Experience developing responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Good knowledge of Salesforce platform features and customization capabilities.

⭐ Good to Have: Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP). Knowledge of Salesforce security models and deployment processes. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
